Bruce Sr.’s vision began in the mid-1970s, while becoming one of the first minority general contractors in the state of Arkansas. Bruce Sr. introduced our flagship construction company, Diamond Enterprise, in the early 1980s. Through his hard work, resilience, dedication, and willingness to succeed Bruce Sr. built his dream into existence. The character and legacy of Bruce Swinton Sr. and Diamond Enterprise lives on through his sons, Darryl Sr. and Bruce Jr.
